The next group will be focused on Bessel van der Kolk’s The Body Keeps Score. Each week our group will meet and review a few chapters. Each session will mostly be an open dialogue for members to discuss and express their feelings towards that week’s topic. Sessions will be 60 minutes long and meet each week for 8 weeks.
